MIX CULTURE DRY-HOPPED BRETT SAISON
This ale was crafted using traditional barley and wheat malts then fermented with a mix culture blend consisting of Belgium Saison yeast and multiple strains of Brettanomyces. The use of El Dorado Hops in a late kettle addition and a large dry-hop dose brings forward flavours and aromas of tropical fruit, pineapple, and mango. The sensory profile is then complemented by the peppery Saison yeast character and the slight funk brought forth by the Brettanomyces Strains.
