As our answer to “The Beer of the Summer” Anh and Chi has infused Lemongrass and Vietnamese Coriander into a refreshing East-meets-West Gose-style ale. The traditionally tart and salty beer bursts with flavours of green peppercorn, sweet citrus, lemongrass and rau răm. The result is an authentic Vietnamese experience reimagined as an ice-cold refreshment to pair with soul food from Saigon.
